cheap flip plywood door

The website said our room was renovated. It looked like a cheap flip job. There was a range hood over the counter but no outlet to plug anything in. The fan on it didn't even work. In the loft bathroom, the drywall was lumpy. I also noticed all the old holes. They glued shut a plywood door. That was not a good experience. We won't return.

mixed feelings about this lodge stay

loud foot traffic puny coffee

i found the room quite noisy. foot traffic from the floor above sounded excessive, almost like elephants. this disturbance, coupled with the nearby train, severely impacted my sleep. additionally, the absence of a restaurant post-fire presents a challenge. I suggest you bring your own food, because the options are not readily available.

a romantic escape

picturesque setting soothing sound thoughtful touch

the surroundings have a picturesque setting, it had a calming effect. i loved the location near the river, its sound was very soothing. having bikes available with the cabin, it was such a thoughtful touch.

the screen door was very dirty, it needed many wipes to be cleaned. no one answer the phone. it was hard get fresh air inside.

the room had a jacuzzi, perfect for romantic moments. it also included a fridge and freezer. it was so useful for keeping snacks and drinks at hand .

acoustic treatment unreliable wi-fi

The sauna and steam room met my expectations. They were great after long walks.

The room lacked acoustic treatment. Every footstep from the room above sounded amplified, disturbing my sleep. The noise was constant. The Wi-Fi was unreliable.

Decent stay with minor issues

wood burning fireplace outdoor firepits free laundry lack of oven ungroomed trail odd answer

the cabin was equipped with a wood burning fireplace. i found bbqs and fire pits near the creek. i also appreciated the free laundry machines.

the room lacked an oven i wanted to cook food i brought. the trail was also not groomed and i could not cross country ski. i was told there was not enough snow which was odd to me.
